A scholarship fund has been established in Mark Benedict’s honor, following the death of the Conservation Fund’s Green Infrastructure Program founder. This scholarship fund will be utilized to assist students who wish to participate in our Green Infrastructure courses.

The Conservation Fund, with only 1 percent fund-raising expenses and a 96% program allocation, is regarded as the top environmental organization in the country by two prominent charity watchdogs. Charity Navigator, which gives The Conservation Fund its superior “four star” rating for exceeding industry norms, has dubbed it one of America’s Top Environmental Nonprofits.
